1. Credit card through Paypal
We accept payment by Visa, Master card, American Express (AMEX), Discover through Paypal. Paypal is the safest, easiest, and most convenient way to pay.
2. Bank Wire Transfer
Bank Wire Transfer should be paid through our Bank account in Indonesia.
Any bank charges or other fees incurred due to Bank Wire Transfer should be paid by Customers, unless otherwise stated.
3. Western Union
Any bank charges or other fees incurred by Western Union should be paid by Customers, unless otherwise stated.
We don't charge any sales tax, handling fees, or any other hidden fees. All you have to pay is the item price + shipping cost.
Shipping Information
We ship from our warehouse in Bali. Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment, if order is already.
Standard shipping is available by International Registered Airmail from Indonesia.
Delivery time usually takes around 2 - 4 weeks depends on the destination country. Some remote areas and areas other than country's capital city may take longer shipping time. Sometimes, shipping delay is possible due to severe weather conditions or any other barriers, especially during winter season. Please allow up to 6 weeks for maximum shipping time.
Expedited shipping is available via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Indonesia Post Office or UPS.

Estimated time delivery: 5-7 business days. EMS tracking information usually not as detail as FedEx, only provides information when package is going outward from country's departure and arrive inward at country's destination.

UPS
Estimated time delivery: 3-5 business days, exclude checking by customs.

UPS can't ship to PO BOX and similar address.

We can't ship to PO BOX and similar address.
If you choose payment method by Paypal, we can only ship to your Paypal confirmed address.
We don't responsible for any customs duty tax and similar fees if applicable by your country's regulation. Please check your country's import regulation prior to purchase. However, most of our buyers never been imposed of any customs duty tax. |
